- Norway
FIN-NET was set up by the European Commission in 2001 to

- provide consumers with easy access to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures in cross-border disputes about provision of financial services
FIN-NET membership
Currently FIN-NET has 62 members in 30 countries. You can find the members grouped by country here.
Any authority in the European Economic Area can join FIN-NET if it
- is responsible for out-of-court settlement of financial disputes
- complies with the principles set out in Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
A document known as a memorandum of understanding defines how the members have to cooperate to settle cross-border financial disputes out-of-court.
