Biography
Karolína Konečná works at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic in the Sustainability Policies Department. The department manages public sector’s work on sustainable finance and supports its role in facilitating transition to a low carbon economy.
Karolína has been with the department since its inception and has experience in coordinating the sustainable finance agenda across the public administration. She also represents the Czech Republic in selected working groups of the European Commission and the EU Council focused on the sustainable finance agenda.
Karolína has a degree in economics and in the past also worked in the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, where she performed tax audits.
