Target audience

Stakeholders are invited to provide their views on whether the text put into consultation will contribute to achieve such objectives. Feedback is particularly welcomed on the notion of significant subsidies and guarantees and on the register of legislative programmes. National and regional authorities, including public development banks providing comments are also invited to provide evidence on whether and to what extent the proposed guidance will impact their programmes.

Why we are consulting

The objective of this consultation is to gather feedback on the draft Communication aiming at providing guidance on the notion of legislative programme and on the conditions which legislative programmes must comply with for the purposes of Article 133(5) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 on capital requirements.
